While standard of care dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin and a thienopyridine is beneficial and improves clinical outcomes of ACS patients, many patients continue to experience ischemic events and bleeding complications. Differentiating patients and therapies is more important than ever in achieving desired outcomes and addressing the needs of ACS patients.
